APC Back-UPS Pro 1000VA in Perfect Working Order, Just Needs Battery ReplacementsI can t just throw this away! There s nothing wrong with it, other than the batteries are at the end of their useful life cycle. It has saved my expensive computer equipment several times, and given me plenty of peace of mind. When this set of batteries ran low (as all do after 3 to 5 years), I decided to upgrade to a new UPS rather than replace them. The battery set in the unit I purchased locally at Batteries Plus (they replaced them on the spot and recycled the spent batteries).Starting bid will be $1. I m mostly interested in getting this to someone who will make good use of it, and not being wasteful by tossing a perfectly good piece of equipment.It s a heavy beast, so local pickup is preferred. I m in Byron Center Michigan, a suburb SW of Grand Rapids. I will ship this for $20, with batteries removed, if you really want to do that.Thanks!
