Locate the largest chip on your PCB board. (Circled red in the picture)
On this chip, there should be a row of numbers that says 100404226.
On the label side of the drive, near the top, there should be a line that says Model: ST3250820AS .
The P/N number is located a few rows below, it should say 9BJ13E-300 .
The Firmware number is located a few more rows below, it should say 3.AAC .
The Site Code is located below and to the right of the Firmware number, it should say AMK .
If you have gotten to this step, then this PCB board is a match for your drive.
